They have since interviewed artists such as Mor Elian\, Kettama\, Cromby\, EMA\, Sputnik One and more\, and have introduced new sounds and listening experiences from Ireland and beyond through their Plain Sailing Debuts track series and Making Waves video series.

The Mince collective are collaborating with Clipped\, a local DJ collective throwing regular parties across the city. Mince resident DJs Thom & Chanty with be joined by Weht\, Princess Glitoris\, Sophie Shaw\, Caolan Patrick & Matthew Bennet for what is going to be an absolutely banging night. \nThe music at Mince takes inspiration from the underground queer discos of the 70s and 80s with a modern twist. Think Paris is burning meets Berghain. \nThe night starts with easing in the crowd in with some classics intertwined with pumping 90s house.As the night progresses things will gradually get deeper and heavier.Mid way through the night tracks will filter in at the heavier end of italo/disco/house with full bodied synth lines thumping kicks and vocal riffs/chops. \nThe final build of energy will leads into vibrant techno/trance warehouse vibe encouraging people to ‘mince’ around and dance the night away
