Caoimhe Moreland is a serial winner. The Belfast-based DJ only started practicing in her bedroom in January 2019 but by the end of that year, she had won a competition to support Octo Octa at Breezblock in the Northern Irish capital, won the AVA Emerging DJ competition which got her the opening main-stage set at that year’s event and won a Mixmag and Coors Light DJ competition which saw her play a set in Mixmag’s Lab.
“Music that elicits joy,” is how Caoimhe describes her DJing style.
