These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings, purchases, ticket sales, gift cards, events, activities, and services provided by Lavery Limited, including all trading names and venues operated by the company.
By using our websites, making a booking, purchasing a ticket, buying a gift card or Package, or attending any Lavery Ltd. venue or event, you agree to these Terms.

Alcohol service is restricted to guests aged 18+.
Some events and areas may have additional age restrictions.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any intoxicated, disruptive, abusive, or unsafe individual. No refunds will be issued.
Guests must behave responsibly. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal without refund.
These are prohibited indoors. Use designated outdoor smoking areas.
Lavery Ltd. uses the Tevalis ePOS system to process orders, manage sales, and support venue operations.
Customer transaction data may be stored within this system for financial, legal, and operational purposes.
Bookings are managed through ResDiary. Accurate contact details are required.
Deposits are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.
Late arrival may result in losing your booking.
Large groups may be split across multiple areas.
Intoxicated guests may be refused entry.
Issued via Toggle.
Valid only at Lavery Ltd.’s venues unless stated otherwise.
Cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost vouchers may not be replaced.
Expiry dates cannot be extended.
Subject to venue availability and operational conditions.
Payments may be processed via Stripe, Dojo, and other authorised providers.
Lavery Ltd. does not store full card details; however, limited transaction data is stored in payment platforms for regulatory and fraud-prevention purposes.
Refunds are only offered in accordance with consumer law or where explicitly stated.
Ticketing platforms may apply non-refundable booking fees.

Strictly 18+.
Doors close at 8:15pm with no late entry.
No talking, recording, or flash photography.
Disruption results in removal without refund.
Groups may be split; package seating is not guaranteed in specific areas.
Tickets non-refundable except for postponement (refund within 72 hours).
Acts may change without notice; no refunds.
CCTV in use for safety. Promotional photos/video may be taken.
18+ only; standing-only Memorial Stand tickets.
Tickets must be collected at Lavery’s two hours before kick-off.
Refundable only if postponed (request within 72 hours).
Guests must board buses at specified times.
Stadium and venue rules apply. Disorderly conduct may result in removal.
Lavery’s is not responsible for transport delays, lost tickets, or match cancellations.
Used throughout venues for safety, crime prevention, and licensing obligations.
Incidents must be reported immediately.
Lavery Ltd. is not liable for lost or uncollected items.
Lavery Ltd. is not liable for:
lost, stolen, or damaged property
unredeemed vouchers
missed bookings or buses
acts of third-party operators
delays or cancellations beyond our control
Nothing excludes liability for death or injury due to negligence.
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will carry a new “Last updated” date.
